Hemos estado en 7 hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas en toda Tailandia, y este es de las peores experiencias, Este hotel no merece el rango que tiene, es máximo un 3 estrellas. Si tienes buen olfato no podrás dormir aquí, hemos probado 3 de sus habitaciones y todas ellas huelen tanto a humedad que no podrás dormir, tendrás tos, arcadas y vomitaras del mal olor. Pagas para dormir y descansar, pero aquí en imposible. Totalmente insalubre. No recomendamos este hostal, no hotel, a personas limpias. Ojalá los propietarios hicieran una renovación a tanta humedad, para no engañar a sus clientes, Deberían pagarnos ellos por alojarnos en un lugar no saludable, donde enfermaras si tienes problemas respiratorios o un olfato delicado. El último cambio de habitación solicitado a las 6:00h de la mañana por no soportar el olor, vomitando incluso, lo hicieron a las 8:30 de la mañana, sin importarles que no enfermáramos del putrefacto olor. Cuidado, bañan las habitaciones con ambientador que desaparece en cuanto apagan el aire acondicionado, o cuando llega la noche. Eso sí piscina bonita y buena localización.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel! The views were breathtaking on a clear day and it is perfect for quiet stays as it is a little distance away from town. Though it may seem a little secluded, it is still walkable!

Отличный отель. На первый взгляд расположен вдалеке от туристических зон. Но на скутере 3 минуты до центральных мест. Уборка отличная, балкон, два бассейна, наверху Инфинити. Все понравилось

Had aircon issues both the days, and they resolved juat a few hours before checkout, which was not impressive. Booked their top-notch room only to find water was dirty in Jacuzzi, and the toilet had a permanent bad smell. Try to escalate, and the night reception guy was rude in behavior and didnt took complaint until I had to argue for 20 mins. Then they called 2nd tech, who came 10.45pm and realized filters were faulty in room, he changed, and then it took 3 hours to room to get cold. The next morning, staff had no idea about the issue last night with Aircon, and they said they would check cctv and get back to me. Escalated to 訂房網站.com, and as usual, they were more than happy to help.

El hotel ya no es lo que era, tiene muchísimas humedades por lo menos las habitaciones con acceso a la piscina, el desayuno es corto para mi gusto. Las anteriores veces estuvimos muy bien. Mira si has ido mala la experiencia que nos fuimos una noche antes y perdimos una noche de hotel más un villete de avión.

Quite good place but during one week, no change my bed sheets despite applying the car for changing as requested. I don’t think asking to change on 4th day is crazy when it’s so hot outside but they never done it! Out of that, it’s really core t for the price (out of cocktails too basics for the prices)

ก่อนหน้านี้เคยไปพักครั้งหนึ่งรู้สึกประทับใจเลยกลับไปพักอีกครั้ง แต่รู้สึกครั้งนี้ไม่ค่อยประทับใจ เจอเหตุการณ์คีย์การ์ดเปิดห้องไม่ได้้ลยแจ้งแม่บ้านที่อยู่ระแวกห้องเค้าก็ให้เราลงไปทำที่เคาน์เตอร์เอง และเราเลยโทรแจ้งหน้าเคาน์เตอร์เค้าก็รับเรื่องแต่ไม่ได้แจ้งให้ทำอะไรและไม่ได้ติดต่อกลับมาเลยต้องลงไปเอง และอีกอย่างแม่บ้านทำความสะอาดและพูดคุยเสียงดังรบกวนมาก ซึ่งห้องพักไม่ได้เก็บเสียง ทำให้เสียงข้างนอกเข้ามาข้างใน เสียงปิดประตูดังบ้าง ตั้งแต่ค่ำยันเช้า เลยคิดว่าต้องคำนึงการพักผ่อนของลูกค้าเป็นสำคัญ มีปัญหาเรื่องแอร์ด้วย

The hotel has a great location! Away from the crowdy main street but not more than 10 min walk. Great view from the rooftop pool. It's truly amazing. Breakfast is basic. Could be better. Coffee is not really a coffee. It is served from an iron canister. I really don't understand hotels who don't invest in a good coffee machine. The hotel needs some refreshing. But it is close to the beach, has a great rooftop pool, stuff is very friendly, and the price is very reasonable.

Pagas para dormir y descansar, pero aquí en imposible. Totalmente insalubre. No recomendamos este hostal, no hotel, a personas limpias. Ojalá los propietarios hicieran una renovación a tanta humedad, para no engañar a sus clientes, Deberían pagarnos ellos por alojarnos en un lugar no saludable, donde enfermaras si tienes problemas respiratorios o un olfato delicado.
